Can I buy Fishwrappers in a store?
Because we couldn’t find a store that would be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we chose to make our shirts available only someplace that would always be open: Fishwrappers.com. Shop now! We’ll also be at various shows and conferences, so be sure to fan or follow us to find out where and when.

What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept payment via Mastercard and Visa, in U.S. dollars only.

Can I use mail order?
Online ordering is the only method to order Fishwrappers.

How is my purchase and private information protected?
Our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted and certified. We will never share any of your information with anyone outside of Fishwrappers (and our direct consultants) and we will never sell any of your information. Beyond your order, your personal information is only used by Fishwrappers to better help us match what we provide with what you want.

What about sales tax?
When we ship to an address in the state of Georgia, we need to collect sales tax.
Sales tax is charged only on orders with a Georgia shipping address.

What are my shipping options?
We will ship your order to you FREE via USPS first class, or you can choose UPS Overnight or UPS Two Day shipping for an additional charge. (That charge is calculated at checkout.)

How long will it take you to ship my order?
We will usually ship your order within two business days of receiving it. For purposes of calculating this time, orders placed after 5 p.m. are counted as placed the following business day.

Can I track my order?
If you select UPS Overnight or UPS Two Day shipping, you will be able to track your order online with the tracking number we send you. If you select USPS First Class, you won’t be able to track your order.

What is your return policy?
You can return anything to us for any reason, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If you need to return something, just send us an email to returns@fishwrappers.com with your order number and the reason you’re returning it. If you’re returning it because of a manufacturer’s defect or because we shipped you the wrong item, we’ll reimburse you for the return shipping via USPS first class. If you’re returning it for another reason, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs. We usually credit your account or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receiving your return. If we cannot honor your return because the product is not in new condition or is worn, damaged or washed, we will return it to you USPS First Class without a refund.

Can I use the designs or images on the Fishwrappers website?
No. All of the content on the Fishwrappers website and on our products is the property of Fishwrappers, LLC. Any use other than the wearing of Fishwrappers apparel for its intended use is a violation of copyright and trademark law.

How should I take care of my Fishwrappers Tees?
We recommend that you wash your Fishwrapper Tees before wearing. This will remove any excess ink or discharge residue from the shirts and will remove any residual stiffness in the printed area. We recommend that you always wash the Tees inside out in cold water, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.

What if I have ideas for different colors or designs?
We’d love to hear your thoughts! Let us know in an email to suggestions@fishwrappers.com or on our Facebook page. Also, keep an eye on our Design and Vote page. We’ll be using that area for getting your opinions and designs.

If my design is selected for printing, do I keep the rights to it?
You would grant Fishwrappers the exclusive rights to print your design on any of our products for sale, but you would retain all other rights.

If my design is selected for printing, how do I collect my stipend?
We’ll mail you a check, usually within 5 business days of our offering your design on the website. Please note that we will only provide the stipend to you if your design is actually printed and placed for sale on the website. If for any reason a winning design does not make it to printing or the website, no stipend will be paid.
